For over 35 years, Sider Sipe S.p.A. has been producing electro-welded mesh and lattice girders, steel coils, and shaped and custom-made bars, specializing in the marketing and processing of steel for reinforced concrete.

Over the years, its scope of operations has gradually expanded, and since 2017, Sider Sipe SpA has been the exclusive manufacturer, supplier, and licensee of the innovative BAMTEC reinforcing system throughout Italy. This system is used on major construction sites throughout Italy, earning widespread recognition for the quality of its products and service.

The extensive experience gained over the years has allowed it to refine its production process, from the order acquisition phase to the technical-production and logistics phases. SIDER SIPE SPA has a highly specialized technical and production support staff.

The production of shaped steel is supported by the use of advanced, specialized software for optimizing cuts, preparing production lists and identifying tags for the material shapes to be produced, and managing the traceability of the castings used, using optical reading technology to constantly verify the number and shapes of the material produced.

The production cycle and all products are qualified by the Central Technical Service of the Higher Council of Public Works. Quality is constantly monitored by continuous internal checks by the in-house Testing Laboratory and periodic audits by the Official Laboratory of the Polytechnic University of Turin. Sider Sipe S.p.A.’s Quality Management System is certified by TUV and complies with the UNI ENI ISO 9001 standard.

Raw materials are procured from leading steel mills.
